You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Talent-Hub.co is a directory that helps Clients and Providers find and contact each other. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction or communication between a Client and a Provider. We do not employ Providers, do not supply their services, and do not guarantee the quality, legality, safety or delivery of any services arranged through the Platform. Any contract for services is solely between the Client and the Provider.
We may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove any Listing that breaches these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, at our discretion.
Clients are responsible for assessing Providers, agreeing terms directly with them, and conducting their own due diligence before hiring. Use enquiry and contact features only for genuine, lawful purposes.
Listings are offered on two fixed-term plans: a 6-month plan at N$600 and a 12-month plan at N$1,000, at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Payment is taken at sign-up for the chosen term. Reviews must be honest, based on real experience, and free of unlawful, abusive or defamatory material. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute the Content you submit for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You remain responsible for your Content and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove Content that breaches these Terms.

The Platform, including its name, logo, design and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. Providers and users retain ownership of the Content they submit, subject to the licence granted above.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Platform or about any Provider, Client, Listing or service found through it, including their accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any dispute, loss or damage arising from dealings between Clients and Providers. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the [12] months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Platform, your Content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for the proper operation of the Platform. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date, and significant changes will be notified where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and the courts of Namibia have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise required by law. [Add any preferred dispute-resolution or mediation step here.]
